This is the fifth and final video of the asana-collection (yoga stretches). There will be a sixth video posted at a later date, that will cover sivasana (a full body relaxation).
During this 2-minute video we ground ourselves in mountain pose (Tadasana) and from there move through a gentle sun-salutation flow. The feet stay in the same position the whole time, and the movement stems from the hips and upper body.
Remember to always consult with your doctor before beginning any new yoga or fitness routine. These videos are not a substitute for a supervised class with a certified instructor.
