The first “official” yoga video has been posted!
Over the next 5 weeks, I will be posting one video a week (each Friday), creating a collection of exercises for you to practice at your own convenience in the comfort of your own home.
In our first video we begin with a few deep breathes to help us relax. Then we move through a short series of hip openers, transition into a leg inversion (keep a strap near by, or put your legs up a wall), and finish in butterfly. This is a great sequence if you just need to give your body a break from gravity, we will literally lie down and put our feet up! You can get comfy and follow along here:
