YOGA CLASSES 2018

Classes are on-going and run in 2 month intervals: Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec.

JULY/AUGUST

TUESDAY – Gentle Hatha Yoga – 9 week session July 3 – August 28 $126

  • Port Hope location 12:30 – 1:30 pm  (currently full)
  • Cobourg location 7:00 – 8:00 pm

THURSDAY – Gentle Yoga – 9 week session July 5 – August 30 $126

  • Port Hope location 10:30 – 11:30 am

Payment due June 30th (cash, cheque or email-transfer). Please remember all make up classes must be made up during same session (classes missed in May/June cannot be bumped to July/August).

PENDING:  MONDAY – Extra Gentle Yoga

  • This class will include chairs for support. It will focus on meditative movement, with emphasis on deep breathing, releasing tension from the body, and creating space in the body for healthy movement.
  • Cobourg location 1-2pm.

SPRING RENEWAL WORKSHOP

Saturday, April 28th in Port Hope.

12:30-3:30pm

$60 includes all materials, some healthy snacks and herbal teas. (Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and a blanket)

If you are feeling tired, depleted, foggy brained, sad or just straight burned out this is a workshop designed to help us rejuvenate, problem solve, and regroup. The afternoon includes restorative yoga, meditation, discussion and reflective writing.
