Welcome to the second video in our 6 part series!
This 4-minute video focuses on seated side stretches and twists. If you are more comfortable seated in a chair, that is fine. Always listen to your body and move gently, remembering you will gradually deepen into postures over time.
If you have herniated disc, please avoid this video, and begin instead with the first video (focusing on hips and legs). Always consult with a doctor before beginning any new yoga routine; and remember these videos can never replace a real class with the care of a certified yoga instructor.
