WHO I AM AND WHY I DO THIS
For over 25 years, I sat at boardroom tables, led teams, drove strategy, and delivered results. On paper, I was the picture of success. Inside, I was a woman who had quietly learned to make herself smaller, to let others speak first, to perform competence and capability while something deeper kept whispering: there is more than this.
I didn’t leave that world because I failed. I left because I finally started listening to that whisper and when I did, everything changed.
I am a certified bioenergetic practitioner, Reiki master, and chakra balancing specialist. I am a former fitness competitor and personal trainer. I am the co-founder of Complexion Medspa built on the belief that wellness and transformation belong together. At my core, I am a transformation coach who works with high-achieving women who are accomplished, intelligent, and quietly depleted, women who feel the pull of something more but have not yet given themselves permission to go looking for it.
You are allowed to matter. Not after you have earned it. Not after everyone else is taken care of. Right now, as you are.
THE EXPERIENCE THAT BROUGHT ME HERE
I know what it feels like to be invisible in a room full of people. To have something important to offer and watch the moment pass because someone else took up all the air. To play small, not because you lack confidence deep down, but because somewhere along the way you absorbed the message that shrinking yourself was the cost of belonging.
Corporate environments can do that. Relationships can do that. Years of putting everyone else first can do that. There is a slow erosion of self-worth that follows it’s subtle enough that most high-achieving women don’t even name it until their body starts sending the bill.
My path back to myself came through energy work. Learning to feel what I had been intellectualizing. Reiki, chakra work, bioenergetics, movement, and breath became the language my body had been waiting to speak. I didn’t find this work in a classroom. I found it in the unraveling of my own story. Eventually, in building a community of women doing the same work alongside me. The Unwinding the Woman Within process was born from my own unwinding. This is not a program I designed from the outside. It is real, it is raw, and it is mine to share as I walk alongside other women living it from the inside out.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
My coaching is not a fixed formula. It flows. Together, we map out what needs to be cleared, what is ready to be released, and what path forward looks like when you stop navigating by other people’s expectations and start navigating by your own truth.
I work one-on-one with women who are ready to go deep, and I hold space in Ritual and Radiance, a community built for women who want to do this work alongside others who understand exactly where they are standing. Women supporting women, in whatever way feels most aligned to them, at whatever pace makes sense for their lives right now.
There is no performing here. No resumé version of yourself required. You show up as you are, and we begin from there.
MY NICHE, IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT
I work at the intersection of energy and strategy. Most of my clients are women who have been extraordinarily successful by the world’s standards and are now wondering why it still doesn’t feel like enough. Even though they may feel broken or lost, I can say with confidence they are not. They have simply outgrown the version of themselves that was built on other people’s expectations and dreams, and they are ready to meet the version of themselves that has been patiently waiting beneath the surface.
That is the work, and it is the most important work I have ever done.
