Yoga Classes, In Person and Online
Spring is always a strange time for yoga classes. Many people travel, or go away, and it has resulted in a lot of “partial” registrations. So, although the in-person classes are technically full, I often have drop-in spaces available on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm ($20 per class).
Online Yoga has lots of space, so if you are interested in trying a class from the comfort of your own home, we gather via zoom on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. You can do drop-in for $20 per class, or I can adjust cost if you preregister for the remainder of any session ($14 per class).
The next yoga session will run May-June, and I have started a waitlist for all classes. Spring and summer are great times to squeeze in, so think ahead and email me if you’d like to potentially reserve a space (gentle_hatha@live.com).
Workshops and Women’s Circles?
I haven’t promoted anything for the spring yet, however I am eager to expand business beyond yoga classes again soon. Your feedback is appreciated in planning future events, so please let me know what you would like to see available! Here are a few ideas:
- Full Moon Women’s Circles (guided meditation and writing) online or in person?
- Spring Renewal Workshop: Slough off winter with a Rejuvenating Meditation, spiritual wellness discussion, Restorative Yoga Session, and reflective writing.
- Meditation for Beginners: Finding the Calm in the Chaos. Simple meditation techniques you can use at home and in your daily life.
- The Chakras for Beginners : Exploring Our Seven Main Energy Centers
- Creativity: unlocking our creative blocks, and opening new doors of creative exploration.
Please offer your insight and I will start planning for April and May! I look forward to hearing from you… Happy Spring!
