Despite this winter being tamer than those of the past, it was still a lot of dark days and low energy for many of us. January seemed to be especially low, and with days getting longer and brighter again, and spring in the air, I have decided to host my “Spring Renewal” workshop on Saturday, April 28th from 12:30-3:30pm.

If you’ve been feeling depleted, sad, or just plain burned out, this workshop is for you. We will focus on restorative yoga (de-stressing the nervous system), there will be discussion around self-care and our Sacred Self, goal setting to schedule our life in a more manageable and meaningful ways, along with some written reflection and meditation.

This workshop is a serious reset of body, mind and soul.

Herbal teas and healthy snacks are always provided, and all materials are included in the $60 price. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.

Please pre-register by April 20th, there is room for only 12 participants, and we need a minimum of 6 for it to run. Gratitude!
