Why The Gentle Way of Hatha?

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life and just need to take a beat, our gentle yoga classes are for you. They are designed to rest, reset, and rejuvenate. Each class is well-rounded with body awareness, pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (gentle stretches), and sivasana (final relaxation). Although they are beginner friendly, you do not have to be a beginner to join us. These classes are a great compliment to other fitness classes and other styles of yoga. I highly recommend giving an online yoga class a try if you are in need of some stress relief and relaxation. The perfect way to practice some self-care.

Other Reasons To Join Us

Personally, I’ve had some trouble with the automated services many yoga studios are using these days. Last year I tried to sign up for a class, but did not have an online “account” with the studio, which proved to be a big problem for a simple drop-in class. More recently I tried to do a drop-in at another studio but couldn’t view their schedule without an app, and I didn’t want to download it. I suppose it’s my own fault for not wanting to share my information with third-party apps, or have my credit card information stored by yet another automated program on my device.

I understand for these bigger fitness studios, and many businesses these days, the automation is a god-send. But as a business owner who does things “old school” I am finding it a tough avenue to navigate as a consumer!
