1. What is your favorite book and why?
It is hard for me to pick just one… but today I will say “A Room Of Ones Own” by Virginia Woolf, because I can so relate to her feelings and needs about space alone to reflect, think, write and breathe.
2. What do you love about yoga?
Because I originally taught myself yoga out of a book, I have come to love the peace of a personal home practice. There is nothing better then turning inwards and knowing the peace and strength that reside within me, within each of us.
3. What is your most embarrassing moment?
Oh there are so many… too embarrassing to share!! I do often send people the wrong texts…
4. If you could be one superhero, who would you be and why?
Can Buddha be a super hero? Because I’d like to be able to attain enlightenment and share that wisdom 🙂
5. What is your zodiac sign?
Virgo.
6. List 3 things you would want if you were alone on a deserted island.
Water. Fruit. Shelter.
7. What is your favorite quote?
Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom. -Buddha
8. Who is your celebrity crush…you must have one?
I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again… Johnny Depp.
9. What is your dream vacation?
Luna Lodge, Coasta Rica.

Cats.
