A new year will soon be upon us, a time for new beginnings. Are you ready for it?
What are your hopes and desires for 2020? Beyond the usual resolutions – are you living a life you love?
As I continue to learn, grow, and evolve with my own life experiences, I am learning that manifestation is more than visualization, and goal setting, and timing… as 2019 faced me with a few challenges that left little room for progress, it seems another lesson has been about gracefully navigating road-blocks that stunt our evolution and ability to manifest the life we strive for. Sometimes we need to simplify, before we can magnify.
This years workshop is going to challenge us to look at what in life we CAN control, and what we CAN’T control, and how to roll with it. We will look at at our previous life patterns and habits, previous life challenges, and reflect on ways we made these things better or worse for ourselves. We will look at current wishes, desires, and challenges; and see what we can (realistically) progress with in 2020.
Saturday, January 4, set a few hours aside for yourself to rest, reset, refocus and start planning your year! This is a bit of a “mash-up” of two old workshops I have taught in the past (“Finding Calm in The Chaos” and “Meditation and Manifestation”)… and it’s all about getting down to the bare bones of our lives and what we want, and how to get it. We will look at time management, goal setting, patterns and beliefs, and get ruthlessly real about life challenges and how we can face them. (Key point noted above: learning about what we CAN control in our lives, and what we CAN’T control in our lives.)
If you are burned out, living your life for everyone else, putting yourself last, if you feel pulled in a million different directions, or just plain scatter-brained, this could be the workshop you’ve been waiting for. Take the reigns back on your own life, and start taking the steps to manifesting a life you love.
