Annual Winter Art Show
Saturday, November 24th 9:30am -2:30pm
Saint Mark’s Church, 51 King Street, Port Hope.
If you haven’t seen my art yet, be sure to come say hello at St.Mark’s Holiday Market the last Saturday in November. There will be a variety of artists and artisans there from 9:30am – 2:30pm.
I will have a variety of Canadian Landscapes on display (and save $20 off original paintings if you purchase at the show!), cards, matted prints, and 2019 calendars “Canada: The Provinces and Territories.” Prices range from $5 – $600, so there is something for everyone!

Finding Calm In The Chaos
Friday, November 30th (EVENING! 6:30-9:30pm)
Location to be confirmed.
This will be an evening of restorative yoga, discussion around self care and time management, written assignments for goal-setting, and a closing meditation.
$60 includes all materials, warm herbal teas, and a few healthy snacks.

Meditation and Manifestation

This is a great workshop that is a spin off of the traditional meditation workshop I teach each summer. We practice similar beginner meditation techniques, and discuss how meditation (and “letting go”) is a powerful part of our ability to manifest our dreams: by pausing, reconnecting, breathing, feeling, opening, trusting, and letting go…
$60 includes all materials, herbal teas, and healthy snacks.
