Summer Yoga and Events 2017

Did you hear the news? I’ve started teaching yoga at Ste.Anne’s Inn and Destination Spa in Grafton, Ontario. If you live locally, I highly recommend looking into a Day Spa experience (I love it there any time of year), and come join me for a yoga class, a guided walk, or if you need deeper relaxation we offer afternoon yoga nidra and meditations.

This summer is bringing lots of excitement to Port Hope and Cobourg, and surrounding Northumberland areas.  My gentle yoga classes are available on Tuesday evenings in Cobourg, and Thursday mornings in Port Hope. All classes focus on stress-relief and relaxation, and are beginner friendly.

On Saturday, July 15th I will be hosting my annual summer art show “Vast Lands“, co-hosted with fellow artist Jennifer Trefiak. Come see the latest (and largest) Hoodoos; Georgian Bay’s Killarney; Quebec’s Gatineau; and the closer landscapes of Frontenac. There will be copies of my children’s book “A Light in The Heart” and a variety of gift cards, postcards, and prints. We always make sure to have something for everyone’s budget!

Some of these are still works-in-progress!

Come visit us between 1 – 5 pm at St.Mark’s Church in Port Hope.

Saturday, July 29 | 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

This will be another lovely day in nature, out at Headwaters Farm. For those of you who have done workshops with me in the past, please note the registration process has changed. You must pre-pay to reserve you space through Headwaters new website, and you can find other details about the workshop here:  https://headwatersfarm.ca/event/calming-the-turbulent-mind/

We have room for 10 participants, and this one filled fast last year! The cost is $80 which includes lunch and materials. Look forward to seeing you there, to re-connect to Self, and calm our turbulent minds…

Saturday, August 12 | 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

I will be co-hosting this workshop with Jenn Pridham of Resilient Seed Wellness. Taking ourselves out in nature with pens and notebooks “old school” style! This will be a fun and creative experience, exploring our inner mind and outer world, finding our voice through written word and (if you dare) spoken word!

You can follow this event on Facebook for upcoming registration details: INK.

$80 includes lunch, and if you do not have your own journal, we supply the paper and pens! We look forward to getting creative with you, and finding our voices together!
