Come join us at 1pm today (Sunday, January 4th, 2015) at the YMCA in Cobourg (Elgin Street) to help raise funds for Strong Kids!
I am hosting a family friendly yoga class; but feel free to come alone or with a crew! Cost is $10 donation per person. All proceeds go towards helping local children, youth and families through our YMCA.
This will be a faster paced class then usual (but still gentle!) with focus on fun for the kids while bonding with our community.
Get out and play on this rainy day! Your efforts and contributions are greatly appreciated.
