What is a MedMob? A group of people who gather to meditate in a public place.
Originated by Ben Heath, a yoga teacher in Austin Texas, his first gathering brought 50 participants and his second brought 250. Now teachers all over the world are following his footsteps and leading MedMobs of their own.
Although our MedMob is being moved into the rolling hills of Northumberlands country side (not so much a public place), the idea is similar (spread awareness about meditation while creating community), and all proceeds to to yogini Jenny Jackson Hall to help support her through cancer treatment.
On June 8th at 12:30 noon we invite you to join our MedMob: the 45 minute gathering will include intention, om-circle, silent meditation and sivasana. It will be led by Jenn Apple Pridham. The cost is $10 and you must pre-register by Friday, June 6th.
If you want to learn more about Ben Heath check out his website Nadi Yogi.
If you want to learn more about our fundraiser check the event out on Facebook: Yogi’s Unite!
You can register for any classes on June 8th via gentle_hatha@live.com!

See you there!
Namaste~
