Summer time is crazy! Great weather for holidays, weddings, parties, the list of fun goes on and on… who needs yoga!
As classes dwindle for the summer, I like to offer other alternative options for new and old students alike.
If our summer incentive schedule doesn’t work for you, here are a few other options to consider:
- Private Lessons
Private lessons are a good option if you want to make your own yoga schedule. They cost more, but are way more convenient and suited to your specific needs, whether you want a yoga routine that is more gentle, or more challenging, we work together to optimize your personal practice. With private lessons you are given a list of exercises that you can also practice on your own time, in the privacy of your own home.
Individual lessons are $50 per hour.
Semi-private (2 people) are $60 per hour.
Summer Incentive Private Lessons: Pre-purchase a pack of four lessons for $100 ($25/each). These must be used by the end of August 2013.
Click that link for details! Workshops are a great way to spend half a day with friends or family exploring different forms of expression, whether it be yoga, meditation, writing or art! They run for 3 hours and cost $45 per person, with a minimum of four participants.
Day retreats are designed especially for women to connect with themselves and each other. A half day includes yoga, meditation and writing. A full day adds self-reflexology and aromatherapy blending to our list of self-care.
