Yoga Classes Summer 2013

Are you making your summer plans yet?  Be sure to save room for yoga!

This summer we finally have an opportunity to add an evening class to our schedule, so take advantage of it while you can!  Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm is the new class, but be sure to check out the full yoga schedule and new location here.

If you pre-register for any classes before June 30th you will receive our ‘summer incentive’ discount.  Grab a friend and commit to some yoga this summer!

I want to thank Shimmy Dance in Cobourg, Ontario, for opening their lovely studio space to us for the summer.

Be sure to reserve your space in our upcoming Women’s Day Retreat being held in Colborne on Sunday, June 23rd.  It will be a powerful day of connecting with other women, and re-connecting with ourselves.

Remember all our classes are beginner friendly, gentle hatha yoga classes that focus on relaxation, stress-relief, and rejuvenation.

    1. Esther, we are located in Canada! I checked out your blog, and it looks like you are in London, England? (Unless you are in London, Ontario? Which is two hours from me.)
