Our fall yoga session has started, and inquiries for other classes have begun.
For our next session in November we are going to add a Monday afternoon to the schedule. This class will be another gentle, meditative class ideal for those who cannot make it to the Thursday morning classes.
Beginners are always welcome and these classes focus on meditation, rejuvenation and deep relaxation. Great for anyone needing stress relief, better sleep, those coping with anxiety or other life challenges. These classes are designed to nurture and sooth your body, mind and spirit.
Please do not be intimidated by other yoga classes or experiences, yoga is for every-body and we encourage you to give our gentle classes a shot.
Private lessons can also be arranged for those with very specific needs.
