Are you ready to start a new yoga routine this fall?
Our Thursday morning (10-11am) yoga class will continue on September 13th, 2012. The summer incentive deal will continue for 2012, so it will only cost $70 when you pre-register for the seven week session.
All classes are beginner friendly and focus on stress-relief and relaxation.
Please arrive early if you are new to the class, our location is 45 Covert Street, Cobourg, ON.
